Julia was amazing. My hair turned out just like I ask and better. Thank you Julia you are amazing.
I was pleasantly surprised by master stylist Ashley Baker and her dedication to give me the look I wanted today. I left with a smile on my face, completely sure I loved what I had just paid for. She was very informative, showing me products that were best for me while introducing me to the Ulta Beauty rewards program. I will be back for another relaxing experience in the near future. Highly recommend!
The staff was extremely rude. I waited for 10 minutes to get help and all I saw was staff talking among each other. When someone did come over they basically told me to look for it myself even though I was looking for a specific scent because they didnt have time. However the next customer that walked in was helped with no problem.I would not recommend this ULTA located in Northcrest TO NOBODY. The perfumes are not labeled correctly so it was hard to find the right one. I don't know if I just caught them at a bad time or what because there was little to no customers in the store. Very disappointed second and last time going there.
