The Naked Pineapple

I got my hair cut by Haley White. She was amazing, talked me through everything she was going to do and ensured I would get the outcome I desired. I am very pleased with my hair & will for sure be coming to Haley for my hair needs in Fort Wayne!

I have gone to this business at least 3 other times and was very pleased with my services. I scheduled a wax with the owner and the day of she cancelled on me because she was sick. They did attempt to schedule at a later date but I was leaving for vacation the next day (which is why I was getting the wax). Although they were very kind, I am very displeased that they couldn’t work me in with another person at a different time that same day. I did get my deposit back but I find the ordeal very unprofessional and they definitely lost a repeat customer. I understand illness and needing to call off work, but the overall lack of caring is what gets me. I now recommend Catalaya Salon and Spa ;)

For starters, its so sad to see someone love a business multiple times but give a one star review and take their business elsewhere because they had a reschedule before a vacation. Life happens and it’s a shame people can’t understand that. I have had incredible experiences with everyone who works at the Naked Pineapple and so grateful for all of the services they offer. It’s essentially a one stop shop for being pampered. All of the staff I’ve been in contact with has been nothing shy of professional and accommodating. HIGHLY recommend. Service: Brazilian waxing
