I arrived at the location at 10:00 am on the button Saturday morning, April 2nd to see about a color and cut. The gates where still shut and everything was closed. I looked at the posted times, Saturday 10-6. Under the hours posting sign was a large sign with the managers number. I called and asked if this was Smart Style and she said yes. I then asked what time they open on Saturdays....she then hangs up on me!!!! I've tried calling her name back numerous times and her phone is now OFF!! First and last visit for sure, the owners should find a more responsible manager!! Would not recommend to anyone!!
Had an appointment and I show up and the place was closed with no explanation and no call or email. I waited 40 minutes for benefit of the doubt, but nothing. They also messed up my hair horribly before, I just had no one else to go to.
Horrible! The lady refused to see my son after we booked online, she said that she does not accept online bookings and we will have to talk to her to book an appointment. Wasted all our time and disappointed my son. Do not recommend!!! Service: Haircut
