Absolutely LOVE this place! About a year and a half ago, I got a haircut and it was awful! I walked into Noggins and with no hesitation, Emily fit me in and fixed it. Angela fit my son in last minute as well. They always make us feel at home.
Love Noggins, they do a great job and are really nice.
I've gone to Cassie now two times in a row and both times she has absolutely slayed it and I walked out with more confidence than I did walking in! Great atmosphere with super friendly, inviting smiles and extremely reasonable pricing! I highly recommended!! Service: Haircut
