I know I'll get the exact cut I want every time

The lady that helped me was incredibly rude. I wish I gotten her name. She had long brown hair, skinny. Maybe in her 40's. I don't get my hair cut that often. When I went this time I asked for a shampoo and cut. The cut being around my shoulder length with layers. After shampooing me she asked what kind of layers I was looking for. I wasn't sure because when I've gotten it done before they just add layers in, I didn't release there was more than one way to do it. She said with a sappy tone and almost spoke to Me like a child saying. "Well we'll need to figure that out." After picking. She started to cut. For some reason I didn't get my hair blow dried ? Does that not come with a shampoo. Because that doesn't make sense. And when she took the cape off. I ended up having small hair clippings all over my neck and side of my face. I left with wet hair and ichy skin. Save your money and go to a small salon. Who will actually treat you with kindness.

Finally after several years of trying I found someone who listened to me about cutting my hair. The person I had for many years moved away, and I have tried several Great Clips and left very unhappy, they didn't listen. Thank you to Logan at Northcrest!
