I went to Cassidy for a cut and color. I wanted a basic front angled bob and dark brown hair. The color wasn't exactly what I wanted but it wasn't terrible. The cut on the other hand is a total wreck! I my hair was to the bottom of my neck. It was a grown out bob. When she was done I had a giant chunk missing in my left side, the right side of my head is two inches longer than the left, the back of my head I don't even know how to describe. It's like she left a thin row. Of hair at the bottom and chopped a giant section 2 inches above that. She blames the chunk missing on the girl who did my hair prior. The girl before has been doing my hair since I finished chemo four years ago. She didn't leave a chunk. She's in South Bend and that's too far of a drive. She wasnt amazing but never did anything like this to me. I called and asked for my money back Thursday. Rebecca stated she would get back to me the next day. Destiny colored and cut my hair. I have never had anyone other than my mom do my hair so I wasn’t sure how to explain what I wanted and was indecisive about the cut . She was patient, friendly, and did a great job. I was nervous about how it would go and ended up being very pleased with the results. I will definitely be returning for other services.
