Cancelled my appointment 3 times in a row which is extremely unprofessional . Each time I was understanding, but she would say sorry I can do it tomorrow instead and then would cancel the morning of every time. Do not recommend
Kaitlyn was great with suggesting things I should do, being that I was nervous about cutting my hair. She did an awesome job and was pleasant to talk to as she cut. She offered suggestions as to what she thought would look good, that I gladly took. My hair turned out amazing! I definitely recommend her! Service: Hairstyling
