These people never answer the phone or respond to voicemail. I don’t know how they are in business.

Kendra Donnar gave me the worst salon experience in my 10+ years of going to salons. I am at a loss as to how or why she has an active license. She took a simple request and somehow managed to completely ruin my hair and left me with only inches left. I asked my length to be around my armpit, long layers, face framing, and not too dense on the ends. I will let the pictures speak for themselves for comparison of what I specifically asked for. Kendra's ONLY solution was to cut it again and to just apologize for the "inconvenience" Cutting 4-5 more inches off than I asked for resulting in me barely have a ponytail, taking a chunk out of one side of my hair, and having it completely uneven is more than an inconvenience. She even flipped the ends when she was finished to conceal what she had done. Luckily one of the owners was professional, helpful, and kind. However, she can't undo what Kendra did and spare me the next several months of growing this to the length I wanted to begin with. As

I had a wonderful experience with Ashely at Salon Seven. She was recommended by a friend who has been seeing her for many years. I came in for a color correction from a different salon with the hopes of finding a new stylist to see regularly. She exceeded expectations! The salon is in a great location with easy public parking and the space is renovated and modern. There are extra levels of customer service like a head pillow to make the shampoo bowl more comfortable, a cap that felt like a warm blanket, a hand and neck massage, and a snack & drink bar. Not to mention my hair turned out absolutely amazing and exactly what I had asked for. Ashley nailed it - she is also the sweetest!! It felt like hanging out with a girlfriend. I plan to continue coming to Salon Seven for all future hair needs. I look forward to seeing Ashley again. Highly recommend!! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Balayage
