The hairdresser used an electric clipper without using a comb. He shaved off a portion of my sideburn on one side, creating an uneven height with one side higher than the other. His clipper was very blunt, causing me a lot of pain and being very rough. Well, I shouldn't have paid for this haircut; they should be the one compensating me. Service: Haircut

Checked in online, waited 26 minutes, wait said 33 minutes, as I was sitting there an old gentleman came in and asked for a haircut, after much discussion, the worker took him back ahead of the line, skipping people who had sat there for half an hour waiting for their turn. What kind of place operates this way? Went to supercuts down the road and was a much better experience.
