After the stylist (Luda) said she didn’t think she would have time to do my hair, she also said (after looking at my photos) that she didn’t do vivid colors, other stylist did it. She then came back and said she would have to charge me an extra 100 dollars because it would take to long! All I was getting was highlights and a cut!!! How was that over a normal time range would be! Basically she didn’t want to do it and instead of asking me to come back to another stylist just decided to over charge me so I would leave!! Most horrible experience I’ve ever had! I’m in tears writing this!
I have been to almost everyone here! Love the relaxing and clean atmosphere. They carry my favorite product line: Oribe and prescribe exactly what my hair needs. I never feel rushed and even if I have to wait just a few for my stylists to finish up, I get to relax and calm down from my day. I love the owner Karie and these are the stylists I have seen: Karie, Luda, Jenna, Dakota and Jordan. I am the type that likes to have several stylists so that i have options for my scheduling. They have new stylists there that are trained under the master stylists so you can feel confident that you are going to someone well educated. I highly recommend Dragonfly
Absolutely LOVE this salon. The place is beautiful and the girls are so nice. I have a bias for Jena, but they’re all amazing! You won’t regret it!
