Pampered Nails & Spa

I have been to Pampered Nails three times. I am really trying to become a regular customer. However, I have a few issues with Pampered Nails. The first one has to do with the fact; that they always tell me I need to make an appointment. But when I am there; I see them accepting walks- ins all the time. So, I don't understand why they give me a hard time about making an appointment. When they don't tell other customers the same thing. Another issue has to do with pedicures. Now I always just get a classic pedicure; with regular nail polish. However, everytime I request this service. The nail tech always tries to convince me to get gel polish. I don't like gel polish on my toe nails. And when I insist on sticking with regular polish. They paint my nails with regular nail polish just fine. But then the nail techs purposely messes up my nail polish; by sloppily applying this thick lumpy clear coat on my toes nails. Now the first time they did this; I overlooked it. I get monthly pedicures and have gone just about everywhere. I will only go to Pampered Nails now! Affordable, detailed, relaxing and they take their time! The Volcanic Pedicure is incredible!

I walked in right at opening and was immediately seated for a pedicure. Cindy was so kind and did an excellent job. I will def be returning!! Service: Pedicure
