The haircut was good, however, they are extremely understaffed. Understand there will be a long wait time. Overworked staff mean subpar discussions and awkward silence. The workers are 5 stars for what they have to deal with. I cannot blame them for my subpar experience.
Didn’t even get the hair cut, the service soon as you walk in was bad. I had my two girls who just needed a trim, and the girl trying to schedule it was just very unprofessional and rude
I had been referred to Olivia and I'm so glad! She did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. I loved the vibe in the studio. Just really very pleased with the friendliness and cut. Great job all around.
