Misty Hochstetler did a great job on my 11 years old granddaughters hair.. she took the time to stop and explain things to her bout the hair style and making sure that she understood what she would have to do to style it . I was recommended to Karen and I could NOT be happier! She did for my hair what I had wanted all along, but didnt get initially from my last stylist. Since then, I dealt with a hair cut that I didn't really love, thinking that, being new to layers, it was just me getting used to that. But Karen listened to what I wanted and hoped for, for my own hair, then worked her magic and it is EXACTLY what I had always envisioned! And she ONLY did what I asked, rather than exercise "artistic license" and do what she wanted and then afterwards hoping I was okay with it. *eye roll* (that's what kept me away from salons in the first place!) She asked plenty of questions and got it just perfect. She was timely, friendly - just an overall lovely person - and very reasonably priced. She was very professional, yet also super personable. Misty is an amazing stylist. I have been going to her for years and she always does an amazing job. She doesn't want you to leave unhappy and will stay as long as it takes to get it right.
