I walked in a week before, because I couldn't make an appointment online through their site. Talk with a friendly bald guy about the appointment online issue & my need for hair stylist that can do variety of things on my natural hair. He suggested Joy we talked & she made me an appointment for next week, because she was too tired & booked up to do me at the moment. That was fine & understandable. We discussed how I would get my hair done. When Showed up I made it for appointment 15-20 minutes late (due to getting off late). It was raining & I was tired. She asked if I had hair & me shocked (we never discussed that). Asked what kind/ color ( she said pre stretched and let hair shop help me with color). Return and she wanted me to go back out to get Grey hair, I said NO & could she do it with what I had. She said OK. I didn't have a style in mind, so she found me one I agreed with. The color black actually toned down my grey & it came out better then expected. She was quick. The style

It was jus the confidence boost my son needed the young man whom cut his hair didn't only do a wonderful job but he took interest in my son giving him pointers about the up keep of his hair and products to use not only that but his school and other thing they had in common! My son walked out of there with a smile on his face and his head held high so thank u to that young man who cut his hair thank u so much Service: Haircut
