I love Rachael! She did such a wonderful job with my hair. The vibe is awesome. The music is awesome. Everything just rocks!
I have been coming here since 2019 and overall they do a great job. They do really need to do a better job with upkeep of the facility. The floors need to be re done as they just paint over the potholes-yes they look like potholes, and the sinks/chairs at sink are awful. I’ve had 3 shirts ruined after a color due to the poor function of the chairs at the sinks to rinse and wash hair. I’ve mentioned to several stylist but now making sure owner sees as this is a known issue and needs corrected. If you have great people working for you why not take care of your business and do the upkeep that is needed? I shouldn’t have to have clothes ruined just to go to the salon. Had a haircut with Nicky. She did a wonderful job and was very thorough during the whole process. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back for sure!!
