Just love being lied to. Today my mom came up to visit me and wanted a hair cut here and they told her there’s no more openings for today but then when we got done shopping at 4:30pm and they were CLOSED!! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPENED TIL 6PM! They deadass lied to my mother could’ve told us the truth that they were closing early. Very unprofessional to lie.

Went in to get my hair highlighted for the first time and cut. It was the manager who did the job. She left my hair looking awful. It was not worth the $150. My daughter had gone to the same salon the week before and had the same person cut her hair and she messed it up as well. Had to pay another worker in the salon to fix the managers screw up. (Elkhart store) I will not be back!!! Services: Haircut, Blowdry, Hair highlighting

Tina was helping out today and I'm SO thankful! She cut off at least a foot of my hair and knew what she was doing! Thank you! Update...Two years later I went back for a trim. Bethany was the only one working, I'd never had her do my hair b4. She is super nice, I mean I felt like I'd known her forever, She was THAT easy to talk to! And my hair?? OMG! I'm SOOOO BEYOND THRILLED with my cut!! She suggested to do long layers in addition to the trim. I've NEVER been THIS happy with my hair!!! Thank you Bethany ????????????
