First time and I'm going back! Wonderful work and they really took their time!

I was a new customer, never been there before but had been given 2 positive references. Due to my work hours I had to book my appointment online. I thought I had bought a nail art appointment to speak to a nail art tech and discuss what I wanted which is clearly what I thought I had booked in the message I sent with my booking BEFORE it was accepted. Day of my appointment with Liz, she was nearly 10 minutes late to our 9:00 am appointment. She looked at my nails and had an attitude since she knew what I didn’t, which I had booked the wrong service. I get that this was my mistake but it would have been clear I had not booked the right service if she had read the message I left when I requested the service. When I asked about this she admitted she never reads messages with bookings and this was after she insulted me about not knowing how to book a service. Yeah I didn’t! It would have been clear about that if she had read my message and I could have fixed it right away if she had denied
