Horrible customer service. My nails lasted about 4 days and when I returned to get them fixed they said it was my fault for using regular polish. Every time I get a pedicure I use regular polish and I have never had this problem before. And they cannot do my nails because I have thin nails and I do not want them using the drill. In Florida they do not use a drill and my nails last Atleast a month. This salon should get with the times. They also need to learn people skills. I will never come back here.
Ive been going here for a little over a year now & today I had the best experience with John! They’re always well staffed so the wait times for walk ins isn’t very long. John was kind, fast, and did quality work! I did a French tip manicure (gel) and pedicure and only paid $75! Love their service! Professional, fast, and affordable
