My wife arrived for her 12:00 appointment at 11:50. We were not greeted or even acknowledged. At 12:15 the massage therapist arrived and asked if my wife was ready. My wife responded that she had been ready since 12:00. The massage therapist rolled her eyes and escorted my wife to the back. As a customer service advocate I saw several mis steps beginning with the fact that no one acknowledged our presence upon entry or for 20 minutes thereafter. Secondly I would have apologized profusely for making a paying customer wait for 15 minutes. Having said all that, my wife was ok with the massage and made another appointment. However due to my negative review the canceled her appointment. I guess I was right about the poor customer service after all.
Columbus Massage Center is always my fave. Husband treated me to a 90-min hot stone massage with Vickie and it was amazing! Definitely what my day needed!
Those girls know how to cut hair and do massages we go there at least twice a month
