Tori was fantastic! I admit I was wary about getting a "dry cut" for my curly hair. The only other time I had done this was a very bad experience. Tori *gets* curly hair. I'm super happy and feel I've finally found my "salon home". I also appreciated their attention to safety protocols regarding Covid, and the overall fantastic customer service. This was my first time getting a designated “curly cut” and my experience was horrible. Courtney, the stylist, did not listen to me. She did not seem to feel I knew how to work with my own hair. I clearly expressed throughout the appointment how I preferred to have my hair styled and I was ignored. When I expressed my disappointment at the end of the hair cut she rage quit on me— didn’t ask what she could do differently, how she could help me have a better experience, nothing. Just said it’s time to check out. I paid more money and allotted more time than I ever have before to get a “curly cut” and I left with frizzy, undefined, not curly hair. This place was absolutely amazing. In my whole 23 years of life I, a curly haired woman, have never gotten a haircut I loved or was happy to get! Gwynne did my “Curly Diva” cut and I love it! It was nice to actually have a haircut, wash, and style that was fitted just for me and my hair! I cut off over 10 inches of hair and will not EVER go back! I am just so pleased with my experience, the price is worth it when you get such a great experience and a service custom for you and your hair type! Service: Hairstyling
