Great Clips

Inexpensive and I got a great haircut. The lady who cut my hair was rude, she (B) flipped the loops of my mask off and I had to grab my mask and hold it on. She tried to make light of it but I didn't find it humorous at all. She was also very rough, jerking my head. I'm in my 60's and live with someone who is immune compromised. I try very hard to stay safe so that he doesn't get sick. I also work at the hospital and know that the covid numbers are rising again. She made me very uncomfortable and I didn't appreciate that. Will I go back there because of that? Absolutely not.

We’re customers since 2017. My sons always do their hair in Great Clips and the hairdressers are always great except for last time, which was three days ago. My daughter took my son to the salon and the hairdresser (B) was rough on him when she was doing his hair. He was in pain and his sister told her that she was hurting him but she didn’t say anything. When she finished, she charged them $15 and my son told her that he is 10 years and he should be charged $12 as always. He said that three times to her but she insisted that $12 is for whoever under 10 years! Also when my daughter was paying, the hairdresser (B) came next to my daughter to tell her what to do, and she was looking with her onto the screen saying “fill this out for me” which made my daughter embarrassed and tipped her $5. We’re very disappointed, especially that I called the salon to claim this and when I asked about the manager to tell her what happened, I was told that the manager was outside and she was the one who d

I needed my hair fixed and Megan took the time and extra steps to give me an awesome haircut. I'm glad I can start requesting her again. Sucks I didn't recognize her, even with her purple hair, because I always loved her cutting my hair.
