I visited the salon today for the second time, and I was extremely disappointed. The first experience I had was very pleasant and made me want to be a regular. The lady, which I unfortunately forgot her name, washed and flat ironed my hair and did a fantastic job. Every part of my hair was sectioned and done very well by her. In today's appointment, Hailey, I believe her name is, did my hair in large sections. It turned out as if I had done it quickly myself. The inside wasn't flat and the outside was frizzy. And I understand that my hair is long and a lot, but it was really not cool of her complaining about it a lot in front of my face. My intention was to tip the highest amount recommended on the payment device, but hearing her complain about my hair again to the other stylist, I chose the lowest amount. It is really not cool.

I get a simple cut, but they are extremely nice, and give me exactly what I need. I've even received tips for hair care for myself and my children.
