Stylist kept trying to upsell me without even telling me it costs money, gave me lazy haircut and didn’t really bother to clean any of the hair off or dry it. Minimum suggested tip is 25% unless you do a custom tip, which for that quality of service is not good. Service: Haircut

Most the stylist here are amazing. There's one who likes to try to upsell and it can take more than 1 NO for an answer. this has happened multiple visits with her. I also found out from my 8 yr old that she made excuses for why she couldn't put her hair in a braid after I said no to a full hair cut when my daughter just wanted an undercut after having her length cut the last 2 visits.
