Zazú Salon Wheaton

I moved from the city and have been trying to find a new place to get facials. I have had my nails done here a few times and had GREAT experiences so I decided to give the facial a try. First thing you need to know is that I get milia on my forehead from time to time. When I went in for my facial, the aesthetician insisted that the milia on my forehead were white heads and I needed to make sure to exfoliate more frequently which is fine because I know I should do it more frequently. The aesthetician then proceeded to use some sort of device for what felt like 30 minutes trying to remove the “white heads.” At one point she stopped and said “they’re not coming out. I should stop doing this before you end up with scars or something.” However, she did NOT stop. She proceeded to drill my head with whatever it was she was using to the point that I started getting a horrible migraine. I almost got up and walked out, but didn’t want to be rude.
