Very bad experience She did my eyebrows really fast. She didn't care if I liked it. I had a bad experience not going back

It was my first time here and requested eyebrow threading. The lady was very rude and made a negative comment on my skin right as i walked in. I politely requested a eyebrow clean up and to not shape them. Once she was finished, she did not even offer a tissue or lotion to clean up my face. Once i saw my eyebrows, i was in disbelief. She took off more than half my eyebrow! Never in my life had i had them thin. She commented and said “ oh thats not too thin”. I told her i requested a clean up and not to thin them out. I received the complete opposite service I expected. Never returning here due to rude service and not listening to a customers request. I hope this review can prevent another bad experience and review. Save yourself the trip and research another location .
