I've been here twice now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Kyle did a wonferful job with my cut - she listened well and made me look great. I also spent a long day doing a complicated dye and the whole experience was lovely. The space itself is also super cute, very Urbana.

I came here with my non-binary child for a haircut. We came in with a few cartoon pictures and a video of what they wanted and Kyle was able to bring it to life! I went in a described my needs for my hair before arriving I booked through their online booking. This part is super convenient especially not being from the area. Upon arrival stylist was ready promptly. This I value because time is money. The stylist then had me explain again what we were doing with my hair she offered to shampoo before cutting and I declined as I had already washed it and I prefer a dry cut. But she proceeded to saturate my hair with a spray bottle. *mental thought* trust the process…I explained that if we took the length off the back of my neck I would need clippers to remove the hair off of it because I’m furry. She did not do this. Upon completion she asked if I wanted to see the back I declined as I already knew my neck still had hair on it I then asked if we could dry it thoroughly and curl it as I had plans of going out and she said she could circle brush curl it knowing the texture of how heavy my hair is I knew this would never hold nor did I leave with it c
