Very clean and social distanced salon. Nice size salon. She didn't braid my hair tight and was gentle with my hair which is important to me. I didnt want to chat and she understood my cues. Everyone doesn't want to chat while you do their hair. I'm glad she wasn't one who forced it especially wearing this mask. Lol. I took an Uber from Chicago since I needed to find someone at the last min and I liked her pics on style seat. She did a good job.

I don't know where to start! Because my experience was absolutely amazing! First off, the salon was very clean and beautiful! Second, I didn't mention over the phone that I needed a wash and condition, because where I previously went washing and conditioned was included. But she was nice enough to do it for me even though she had a client that was coming! And when I tell you that no one has ever washed and condition my hair like she did., No knots, no tangles! and she was so gentle with my hair. And she did an amazing job with braiding my hair it only took her 45 mins with wash, conditioned, dry and braiding my hair! I have never had an experience like this before! Cristal’s Beauty Salon is professional, clean, and well maintained. The stylist takes time to listen to clients and collaborates with the clients to provide quality care. This salon works efficiently and within the allotted time frame. The style of small knotless braids can last for a while and is always done neatly. I highly recommend this salon and will continue using this stylist.
