I went to the schaumburg and went for a full blonde highlight which I have done at other Mario’s. She worked very fast and didn’t put very many foils and I did comment that they’re not alot of foils in my hair and this is the fasted full head I have had. The foils felt very loose like they were gonna fall off. The colorist said I have 18 years in trust me. I felt very uncertain. Upon blow drying she asked me and I said it looks dark and she said oh I gave you a dark root. I said I didn’t ask for a dark root and she walked away. My hair looks 4 weeks outgrown and had spots that weren’t even touched and dark patches all over. For 18 years color she was horrible and doesn’t care about what people want. Waste of money

I have been going there every month to get my grays covered. The wash is okay meaning I can wait two days to get through and then wash with my shampoo and conditioner. The wash I got today after the color was one of THE WORST!! I ended up with an itchy scalp and whenever I scratch my scalp, my nails are black with residue color. I will try to wash it tomorrow and see if I can get it off my scalp. Right now, it’s pretty itchy and my nails are ruined. Paid $60 for this!!

Jen does an outstanding job! Great haircut and very professional. Over a decade later she still is cutting my hair always to my satisfaction. Service: Haircut
