Stracia was amazing! She installed individual box braids and now I will not go anywhere else. I have been to several braiders in Rockford and she surpassed them all. She aims to please and makes sure that you are satisfied. My braids are smooth, are the perfect length, and are not too tight. My previous braider left the area and her sisters took over her business. They had poor, poor customer service skills and the quality of their work diminished. Stracia is a blessing! I went to have crochets done...let’s start at the top, the decor is artsy, the atmosphere is welcoming, spa like, relaxing and tranquil, the hair wash OMG, no words, amazing! Then she blew it out, braided and crocheted me all the while engaging with me in easy, smooth, conversation, she made me feel like I was appreciated! I generally do my own hair, so to give that over to someone else is MAJOR for me! I loved the hair do and the experience. Thank you Stracia, can’t wait for my next appointment.
