I was needing a spray tan for an event I have next week. I saw on their website information about spray tan services but still had some questions. I called the salon and the girl answering their phone needs to take some lessons in customer service, I said I had some questions and right away she said “someone else is going to have to call you back” cutting me off mid sentence. I said I just wanted to know if the salon used a machine or did the spray tan by hand and she told me to “hang on” phone down and hollered back to someone saying “this lady has questions” so I could hear the whole exchange between her and whomever she was talking to. She then comes back on the phone and says “we’ll we don’t even do spray tans”. I explained it was on their website and perhaps they should take that down if they no longer offer the service and told the girl she needed to work on her customer service because how I was treated on the phone was terrible. Got my first Brazilian wax today with Tonya and she did an amazing job! I was extremely nervous but she was very patient and friendly to me. Will definitely go back!!!

Made a last minute appointment prior to going home from vacation and I’m so glad I did. It was a very enjoyable experience. Brynn took her time, paid attention to detail and listened to what I wanted. Quality products were used and It was a fair price! I will definitely be back!
