LOTUS BEAUTY SALON

I was regular customer at Lotus Saloon. I stopped going there after 3 bad experiences. 1) After pushing from one of the girls there I decided to get facial. Girl pulled out a Robe from a basket of unfolded towels and some other cloths. Robe was yellowish. the Towel under the head was yellow looked dirty. I still gave them benefit of doubt and went ahead with facial. 2) Asked for Face bleach, with out asking girl said she did Polish and charged me double then bleach. 3) on several occasions people are sitting waiting for service with out any acknowledgement from the workers towards awaiting customers. I have noticed customers walking out but still no acknowledgement from any one at Lotus Salon all they care about up sale. I sent a text msg to the phn# that payment receipts are received from. no one responded, for some reason I am not surprised. Indian people are use to second class service so they have a don't care attitude. there are more saloons in the area that provides better

Heena was very nice. I asked for a facial and she did a good job. She kept everything clean and the facial was very relaxing! I would come here again.

Very nice with excellent customer service. Her brow threading and lash fixing are amazing. Her henna work is pretty good too. I’m black and henna hardly shows on my skin. Hers showed and lasted pretty well.
