Zen Nail Lounge & Oasis

The quality and service at Zen is very hit and miss depending on which tech I end up with. I have had good experiences but the last 2 times I have been ( twice in the past 3 weeks/ 2 different techs) the staff acted annoyed that I was there and did a rushed and sub par job. I wanted an acrylic fill in originally and it was bumpy and the acrylic was lifting after 1 week. I went back this week on Tuesday for a full set to correct it and the tech told me I didn’t need that and then proceeded to rush through the fill and didn’t give me what I asked for despite providing a picture, one nail is already chipped.. I will be looking for salons that can be more consistent in their service and quality.

My sister and I have had very good experiences here at this location. Today, I had one of the best pedicures here. She took her time and she was very thorough. She massaged my feet and legs for some time and I so needed that! This is always a nice way of treating my sister and I because we deserve the attention we get here after taking care of my busy little twin grandsons! Thankyou Zen Nail Lounge!
