see update at bottom: I'm sorry to have to write an unfavorable review... but sadly this was not a good experience for my daughter. We are new to the area so I trusted some google reviews to help find a spot to get her hair cut, colored and highlighted. She came home so discouraged - she said Abbigail hardly talked to her for the 3 hours, despite several efforts to make conversation. It was expensive and sadly her hair didn't look that much different when she returned. Abby trimmed it a little and said she added "baby highlights" - but she didn't start the highlights until several inches down and almost created a line which was pretty much what we were asking her to "fix" when we made the appointment. Update: Abbigail reached out soon after this review. She was extremely apologetic and professional.
