after experiencing severe damage from years of heat styling and highlighting, i decided to book a consultation with shawna to see if she could help restore my hair and maintain my color in a healthier way; in the eight months that she has been my stylist, shawna has been able to do all of that and so much more! she truly values all of her clients and has such vast experience and knowledge in the industry. she is amazing at what she does and has managed to bring my hair from being lifeless, streaky, and completely fried to restored, nourished, and beautiful! i am so grateful for all that she has done for my hair. if you want to go to the best of the best in the area, book with shawna; you will not be disappointed!! I cannot say enough good things about this salon! My hair was a disaster before I met Shawna.. My highlights and blonde were so choppy, with a yellow/orange tint, Shawna- a god send- spend HOURS correcting and conditioning my hair my back to life. She thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done and the steps she was going to take to get there and consulted with me before doing anything and I really can’t thank her enough!! All the stylists have such spunky fun personalities and you don’t feel like just another client to walk in the door, they really make you feel welcome. I wanted to love this place, I saw what Shawna could do and was beyond impressed. I was so excited about booking a consultation, unfortunately I had a super long week and completely forgot the morning of and slept in. My 8:45 am FREE 15 minute consultation, I texted at 9:30 am explaining what happened and asking to reschedule to find out I couldn’t book again as a “no call no show”. I was also never told to call if I needed to reschedule, I did notify over text as soon as I woke up and remembered. From my mom’s friend who owns a salon “I could see if it was twice or if she wanted you to pay a percentage of your missed appointment if you missed a paid service”. I do think Shawna’s work is very good which is why I wanted her as a stylist. Beyond that, not very accommodating especially if you have a little one as I do. Sitters cancel, life happens and once that happens one time you’re out. It’s her right to run things as she wants but I warn others who could potentially have a sitter canc
