I receive so many compliments about my hair. I see a level 3 stylist for cut and color and I couldn't be happier.

I wanted to love this place, I saw what Shawna could do and was beyond impressed. I was so excited about booking a consultation, unfortunately I had a super long week and completely forgot the morning of and slept in. My 8:45 am FREE 15 minute consultation, I texted at 9:30 am explaining what happened and asking to reschedule to find out I couldn’t book again as a “no call no show”. I was also never told to call if I needed to reschedule, I did notify over text as soon as I woke up and remembered. From my mom’s friend who owns a salon “I could see if it was twice or if she wanted you to pay a percentage of your missed appointment if you missed a paid service”. I do think Shawna’s work is very good which is why I wanted her as a stylist. Beyond that, not very accommodating especially if you have a little one as I do. Sitters cancel, life happens and once that happens one time you’re out. It’s her right to run things as she wants but I warn others who could potentially have a sitter canc

I’ve been seeing Shawna for a few years now and we have always stuck to blonding sessions. I was so ready for a change! My blonde was getting hard to keep up with and Shawna was on board with going darker. She nailed the color! I absolutely love my hair and I feel so much better about it! I’ve never left her chair unhappy! She is simply the best! I also received a make up enhancement from Juliana! She did a fantastic job at making this tired mom look human and ready for a night out!
