The owner Wonnie is very professional however her staff is not well trained at all and probably are not licensed! My 17 year old daughter who’s been a long time customer since 2014, has finally had enough! Even though as a concerned mother I have spoken to the owner several times about my child sensitive scalp and made clear to her that she’s the only one to touch my daughter’s hair, several other staff members with extremely long sharp “weaponized” nails have brutalized and stabbed her scalp to the point that she has severe bleeding scabs and permanent damage to the scalp. I was very hesitant about straightening her beautiful thick locks but she wanted the new look for the new school year. I did not see any harm in it since I did it myself when I was in middle school. She now admirers natural, kinky, “virgin” hair and will never trust anyone with her hair care needs. I truly hope that her scalp will heals and her thick hair comes back!

The owner is Wonderful, she is good at what she does. If you need your hair done RIGHT K I is the place to go. For sure.
