I had an awesome experience and they are very skilled and super nice staff.
Entered the salon and stood at the reception counter, while three persons ignored me one on their cell phone, one on a notebook and the third doing light dusting around the display area. No one assisted me until finally one noticed me. I asked if there was any shampoo and blow dry, and I was told no there was no one available. No attempt to assist me with alternative. Very poor public service and interaction.
Great service! I’ve been going for half a year now and Lyssa always does a wonderful job cutting my hair.
