Vanessa was amazing! She talked me through every step of the experience. I got a color, cut, and eyebrows. I felt pampered and beautiful when I left. Wonderful experience all around!

Im so happy I found Ash & Willow. It’s such a comfy cozy atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming. It was very easy to schedule an appointment even though I was looking for something last minute. Vanessa Jacobs did an amazing job with my haircut and literally brought my hair back to life. I honestly didn’t know it could look so good. She took the time to explain to me how to care for it going forward and set me up with some salon products that were very reasonably priced. She was very understanding as to what I wanted and understood how my hair was like “my identity.” She was able to freshen everything up and still keep the length I wanted. I’m so happy I got scheduled with her, I finally found a hair stylist I trust that I will keep coming back to.

I have been here twice to work with a curly hair specialist. The first time was with Rachel and most recently, with Shante. Both experiences were amazing! Everything from the atmosphere, to the front desk personnel and the hair stylists, even the products they use, make for such a relaxing environment. And me and my curls couldn't be happier
