I have been coming here for years. I started with a facial from Ramune about 6 years ago and I haven't let anyone else in IL give me a facial since. I've also had my brows microbladed/ombre and 2.5 years later, I still don't need a touch up. I get compliments often on how great my brows look. When I was wearing a no-chip manicure, Renata did an awesome job. But this week was my first time getting a massage. Tania was fantastic! The pressure was perfect. She started with using a warm pad to loosen up the muscles and then gradually increased the pressure. First time getting a massage here and didn't feel painfully sore the next day. I am purchasing a monthly membership so I can treat myself to a massage a facial monthly. The customer service has always been TOP NOTCH! I LOVE IT HERE!! Pedicure was ok but polish was applied in a very sloppy manner. I left and had to go to another establishment to get my polished redone. Super disappointed after dropping $60 on my pedicure.
