I visited this place yesterday and had an appointment with Najla Sayes. I had a horrible experience at this salon. She made me wait 40 minutes in the lobby and then proceeded to make rude comments the entire time. After making us wait forever, she told me she’s only washing my hair because she has time and charged me extra. I’ve cut my hair multiple times and blow drying has always been a small extra charge. Her initial price went from $35 to $70. I have no words to be honest, I am shocked. The whole experience was even painful. The comb got stuck on my ear piercing about 3 times while she was doing my hair while on the PHONE and she didn’t apologize once.When I got home, I noticed my ear had dried blood all over. I’m sure she saw this while working. I was charged 70$ for a simple cut and light layering. She even gave me a hard time about what haircut I choose. I called her and asked to speak about the experience as I was upset even until the next day and before I can even explain, she
