Extremely bad experience My hair has become too dry lost all shine. They did not take the instructions well. I wanted to have just a few streaks of highlights but they overdid and overcharged and my hair has become so rough that nothing seems repair it now. I have long hair and she ruined it. Think twice before going here. ( 245 dollars is not a small amount along with a permanent damage) Furthermore, as days have passed my hair has become even more dry like dreadlocks and I had to rush to a reliable salon to solve this problem. I have done keratin which I am hoping will solve this issue. I had told MHS owner to give a few highlights but she purposefully covered my entire hair which damaged it so badly. She did not understand the meaning of 8-10 streaks! May I ask which products will restore my hair. My hair was so silky before coloring and Never in my life I have experienced this. It is still getting detangled post wash it’s extremely difficult. Can u mention the balm you are talking
