Great Clips

I've been going to this great clips for a while now. So far everyone had been great but today 3/10 was the worst experience yet in a hair salon. I arrived and immediately was greeted by an older woman. I have always gotten the same haircut so it's in their system. She double checked with me and repeated the same style to me before starting. Zero on the sides blended to one and top stays how it is. She then proceeded to do a 0 all the way up and completely shave the entire sides and back of my head. Haircut took less than 2 minutes even tho I complained to her about how it wasn't blended. She still dismissed me and charged me ignoring my complaint. I get that older people can perfectly cut hair but idk if she was deaf or just didn't care and did what she wanted. Never going back to this location again. She shouldn't be cutting hair.

I went in this morning and i left absolutely loving my new look!, because of how my hair is i usally just deal with whatever hair cut i get but today was an exception!, i didnt grab her name cuz she was very easy to talk to and provided a great experience and again i love my new hair cut i walked out with a smile

Always go to this store. Brandy is my hairstylist and always does a phenomenal job. My hair always comes out great shape perfectly to my head the way I like it. They have a great staff here very friendly And fun to visit with while getting your hair done. I recommend them highly Service: Haircut
