I had one of the best experiences at Blonde & Ash Salon. I had been looking for a new salon after my prior stylist moved out of state and I ended up at wrong place and ugly hair, with to much warmth tone (brass) in my hair. I am latina, with natural dark brown hair, I went in not expecting much, due to previous other experiences at other salons. I booked for a balayage/foilayage with Pannha but truly turned into a correction. Pannha added lowlights and beautiful blonde ash tones. I didn't think my color could be fixed and look so different from when I walked in. Pannha was amazing! she was confident in what she can do, she initially consulted with me and explained estimated time and cost, so that I would not be caught by surprise. I was there for hours but was not bored once, They're like a family and the atmosphere was great! It was my first time there and i will definitely be going back for my next hair color needs! I’ve been going to Evelyn at Gold and Ash since before they opened their own location in Palatine. I never had my hair dyed ever in my life and I trusted Evelyn with the whole process. Not only does she have magic in her hands the salon is so clean and welcoming. They treat their clients like family. Evelyn is always able to accommodate my schedule to get me in last minute if needed for my hair. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair ever since I started going here. I refer all my family and friends to try this salon because I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Best colorist I know and appreciate. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!
