I was so disappointed with them!!! First,I politely wrote in advance that I would like to cancel my appointment for certain reasons,where they told me that such a thing is impossible and i have must to reschedule my appointment. 2) I letting them know that i have two little kids and for now i can’t make an appointment , where the owner said that she is not interested about my personal history, so she had been rude with me. Also she told me that i’m so capricious and she ask me: “do you think you are cool?” No, miss Elena, i’m not cool, I just want justice and a good attitude with customers! 3) In their “appointment policy” it says the cancellation fee will be applied (unless 48-hour notice is given) the fact that they don't follow the rules and legislation, because I notified them that I don't have the possibility to come on my appointment with almost two weeks earlier! 4) The worst attitude i’ve ever met!

Nice salon with a lot of services. I have done my nails there, Yulia has done a good job.

I came to the exclusive beauty and spa in November 2022 and asked a stolidity and hairdresser Albina to correct my hair color that I done in different place. The master spoke with me, realized my look at work requirements, found my style, based on by description of what I want. During the hairstylist work I saw that Albina like what is she doing, inspired by challenges and she is an incredible professional! I saw my hair and loved the job!
