I've been going to this place for over a decade for a variety of services and I have to say the professionalism and talent has decreased severely over the last couple years. One person in particular who has been extremely unprofessional is Ulka. She took off an entire mid section of my eyebrow. It's been 2 weeks and it still hasn't grown back. She blamed me and said I didn't have any hair there and instead of apologizing, she proceeded to yell at me and said it was my fault. It's still embarrassing to go out in public without any filler on. It's sad how much this place has changed. I will no longer be giving them my services. Extremely racist, and Islamaphobic. Would not recommend going and very condescending towards their customers. This happened to my best friend and would not happen to anyone ever again.

I have been going to Dream Salon and Spa for many years. I started going when I lived in Palatine, and even after moving to another suburb, I still go back. Sadly, I have reached a certain age where I have a lot of hair growing in my ears. My first time in, I was nervous to ask if this is something that can be waxed, and Madhu assured me that yes, ear hair can be waxed. Since then I have also started having my eyebrows threaded. I have had nothing but excellent service and treatment from all of the staff there and highly recommend that you visit! Service: Eyebrow threading
