I have been going to Dream Salon and Spa for many years. I started going when I lived in Palatine, and even after moving to another suburb, I still go back. Sadly, I have reached a certain age where I have a lot of hair growing in my ears. My first time in, I was nervous to ask if this is something that can be waxed, and Madhu assured me that yes, ear hair can be waxed. Since then I have also started having my eyebrows threaded. I have had nothing but excellent service and treatment from all of the staff there and highly recommend that you visit! Service: Eyebrow threading

Extremely racist, and Islamaphobic. Would not recommend going and very condescending towards their customers. This happened to my best friend and would not happen to anyone ever again.

It was my first time coming here. I had my eyebrows threaded. I like this place because it's clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and listen to your needs carefully. This was the first place where the threading didn't hurt at all. The lady was very gentle. I will be coming back. Edit to add: it's been a year, and I still love coming here to get my eyebrows done!
