12-23-23 to lift my spirits from grief I came to do holiday shopping here during the Christmas season. I was sadly disappointed in the customer service I received from one particular employee Sidney or Sid. I shopped and she harassed my 10 year old child and I as we shopped for Christmas gifts for this holiday season. My daughter was holding a moisturizer when she snatched it out of her hand. Then went on to confront my child about it. It was a traumatic experience for a 10 year old. I couldn’t even fully enjoy my shopping experience and my child had never experienced harassment and someone follow us while shopping. The cashier and all of the other employees were very sweet and helpful throughout our shopping experience. Due to the harassment from Sidney I won’t return. I’ll be reaching out to corporate. I don’t like how my child and I were treated like criminals when we were simply trying to do Christmas shopping. Diversify your training with your staff to treat people better.

love the vibe since I walked in, young lady named Roxana was the greatest help. I don’t know much about makeup but she was very sweet and helpful and made my experience great !

I’m not a super big fan of makeup, but I ALWAYSSS enjoy my trip to Ulta! I would for sure choose to visit this store over any other makeup store. The employees are always so sweet and helpful. Today I had to make 3 complicated returns & then a small purchase, and I had the kindest employee help me. Nadia was so so so patient with me. These gorgeous (inside & out!) employees always help me, but I was most grateful for Nadia’s help today. Thank you Nadia!
