Really wanted to love this place and I hate doing thing, but I think it’s important as a safety practice. Went in today for the first time for a no chip mani/basic pedi. Place is Definitely more dated and not as clean as it looks in the pictures. Pedicure was just okay, but for the price I was expecting more. No lotion/hot towel/light massage, as most salons include in a basic pedicure. Service was fine. Manicure was where I had an issue. Cutting my cuticles I started bleeding on 3 fingers, the nail tech proceeded to use the tools and nail polish while I had bleeding cuts. I asked to clean it and she wiped it with an alcohol wipe and proceeded anyways, not even a “sorry.” I chose a red polish and couldn’t see the blood anymore, but when I got home and washed my hands I noticed all the cuts and dried blood. Working in the healthcare field, this is super unsanitary. All blood should be treated as potentially infectious and the nail techs nonchalant response was very shocking to me and ma
