Phil's is a great "old school" barber shop. You are greeted with a warm "hello" when you enter, normally from Phil himself. Most of the time there are donuts to tied you over while you wait. In addition to Phil, there are a handful of ladies fully capable of giving you a great hair cut.
The stylist was did a great job and she was very professional. You check in at the front desk. I made an appointment and the wait time was five minutes. I will definitely be going back there again.
Have been going here for years. Great customer service and pleasant conversations. ALL of the operators are top notch!! I usually see Phil but also have seen Diane if Phil is not available. Never a bad haircut.
