Recently got my hair highlighted here for the first time at this location. The girl was very sweet but I noticed she didn’t use nearly as many foils as I usually get at my usual salon and it showed in the finished product. I also had to rewatch my hair when I got home because there was still bleach at the base of my neck which is really not ideal obviously. The salon itself is pretty cool and I really liked the vibe of it. I will add “blow dry bar” can be much improved. A hairbrush with all its bristles and a detangling spray would be a good start. Arlene has great insight when it comes to coloring my hair. excellent colorist. Joey is giving me the BEST cuts ever! Everyone on the desk is friendly and helpful. Loving it there!
We have been coming to Charles salon for almost 20 years. Love the top-notch training, highly skilled and friendly stylists. Recommend!
