The Polish Palace of Oak Park

ABSOLUTE best pedicure by Yanna! I had some crusty dusty winter feet (calluses, dry skin, the whole 9 yards) and she took good care of me. She was thorough and super sweet and easy to talk to as well. Loved how my pedicure turned out and loved the vibe of the Polish Palace.

This black owned nail salon is amazing. All the techs are professional, friendly and personable. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Yanna and she did such an excellent job. Ive told quite a few people already about this salon and you will NOT be disappointed. Make an appt ASAP!!!

I booked an appointment for a pedicure and short acrylic set with a technician named Kyra. My apt was booked for 10 am. On my way there i realized i was going to be around 10 minutes late so i called ahead of time to let them know. The lady who answered told me they have a 15 min grace period and after the apt gets cancelled- which is fine. I arrived around 10:10 am. The other nail techs advised me that Kyra was on her way and would be there shortly. As 10:45 am rolls around still no communication on where she was at. I finally asked again and was told she’d be there shortly. finally around 11:05 Am she arrived. A whole hour later. Her excuse was she was late because she did not know someone had booked for her… Which I don’t understand being if you have a 10 AM slot available to book you should be there available.. Moving forward she apologized and i gave her the benefit of the doubt and allowed her to do my nails. We had nice conversation and at the end of the apt I was not even offer
