This place is great! I dyed my hair for the very time and had a wonderful experience. My hair stylist, Alex, did such a good job explaining the process to me and offering suggestions if I was unsure. Everyone was so friendly! Will definitely be back again :)

My teenage son had a botched haircut from a barber shop which he was VERY upset about. I call Patrizio Batelli to see if they could fix it the same evening. Fortunately, Alex was able to squeeze him in. She did an AMAZING job fixing his hair. She understood exactly what he wanted and spent a lot of time wet and dry cutting his hair and adding layers to make it look as good as possible. Alex even had him smiling about his haircut when she was done! My son will definitely go back to see Alex for his future haircuts. If you have a teen boy who is looking for the longer "hair in the eyes" cut, don't hesitate to go to Patrizo Batelli's. They really understand what's on trend for teen boy haircuts! I've come to this salon several times and every time I am so impressed by the attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire staff. They create a very welcoming environment for each person who comes in. Patrick's passion for what he does is evident in everything he does, from his expert color work to explaining the Davines products. He puts thought into every part of his client's experience, from the music the salon plays to the information on the salon's website. That same level of care goes into the services he provides and he really takes the time to understand the results the client wants.
